Naked Chemistry Skincare is created by Elk Grove Licensed Cosmetologist Rachel Zeigler. Rachel created Naked Chemistry Skincare during the start of the pandemic when she was out of work. As a licensed cosmetologist Rachel noticed a lack of VEGAN and effective skincare created for ingrown hairs. Naked Chemistry offers a recycling program and glass containers to promote sustainability.
